Anyone can learn the clarinet. I’ll support you and help you enjoy becoming an accomplished musician.

As a trained clarinet teacher with many years of experience, I teach people of all ages and motivations.

Whether you are just getting started, or just want to improve or refresh your knowledge of the instrument, you’ve come to the right place. I’m also very happy to advise you on buying the right clarinet.

The lessons

Lessons take place in Hamburg-Altona, at the Gymnasium Hochrad, in Halstenbek-Krupunder, or online via Skype or Zoom.

Beginners (from 8 years) and advanced students of all ages are welcome.

About me

I studied clarinet, piano and choral conducting in Darmstadt and have many years of experience as a music teacher, choral director and conductor.

My lessons introduce students to the world of music.

They don’t just learn how to play the instrument, but also how to express themselves musically – whether as a soloist, in an ensemble or in a joint recital.
